All prices are in euro and include VAT
The group size is limited to 15 people.
The quoted prices do not include admission or transport costs or hearing aids, unless stated otherwise.
Guided tours take place in any weather and are carried out on foot. Accessibility is not guaranteed.
Costs for private tours are available on request. Guided tours up to 3 hours. If you would like a special tour, please send an email request to email@example.com. After written confirmation by email, the tour is non-cancellable. After confirmation, you will receive an invoice that must be paid immediately. If you need an accessible route, please let me know when you book the tour, so that I can plan accordingly.
Short-term bookings can also be paid in cash before the tour. Booked tickets can be transferred.
Full refund 21 days prior to the appointment.
50% refund 20–3 days before the appointment.
The refund will expire 3 days before the appointment.
From delays of 15 minutes onwards, the appointment expires without a refund, except I have been informed about the delay before the agreed time. The tour will end at the agreed time regardless of any delay of the customer.
Program change & inability to attend:
In the event of unexpected and short-term changes, a corresponding replacement program will be organized that corresponds to the tour offer. If the guide is not able to attend, another state-certified tourist guide will be organized as a replacement.
Tourist guides are only liable in the course of their professional activity for damage that they have caused to others illegally and culpably. The tourist guide is in no way liable if a guest suffers damage due to their own careless or unskillful behavior, or is hurt by accident. Participation in guided tours is at your own risk. In case of doubt, the contract must be interpreted in the sense of the professional profile of the commercially authorized tourist guides, published by the Association of Leisure Enterprises Chamber of Commerce Austria, Wiedner Hauptstraße 63, 1045 Vienna.
